Cleaning process
1. Main task:
(1) Open cotton: loosen the tightly pressed raw cotton into smaller pieces of cotton or cotton tufts to facilitate the smooth progress of mixing and impurity removal;
(2) Cotton cleaning: remove most of the impurities, defects and short fibers that are not suitable for spinning in the raw cotton.
(3) Cotton blending: fully and uniformly blend raw cotton of different components to facilitate the stability of cotton yarn quality.
(4) Roll: Make a cotton roll with a certain weight, length, uniform thickness and good shape.
2, the name of the main machinery
(1) Blending machinery:
The automatic bale grabbing machine is composed of 1-2 beaters and a cotton grabbing trolley for some reason. It grabs multiple bales of mixed raw cotton on the platform and transports it to the front with airflow, and at the same time plays the role of opening the cotton.
(2) Cotton box machinery: Cotton box impurity removal machine (high-efficiency cotton box, A006B, etc.) continues to mix, open cotton lumps, remove large impurities such as cotton seeds and seed cotton, and control the conveying volume of raw cotton.
(3) No. 43 cotton box (A092), opening small pieces of cotton, has good cotton uniforming and loosening effects.
(4) Beater machinery:
①The milli-pig type cotton opener (A036) performs more intense cotton opening and impurity removal, and removes medium impurities such as broken seeds. ② The vertical opener has a violent opener and impurity removal function, but it is easy to damage the fiber and produce neps. At present, cleaning flowers are generally not used in the process (generally they can be used as raw materials for processing or for all seed-breaking processing). ③A035 blending opener, which has the performance of cotton box machinery and beater machinery, and has an air flow cleaning device, which has a good effect of blending, opening and cleaning. ④ The one-way cleaning machine (A076, etc.) continues to open and comb the raw cotton to remove the finer impurities and make a cotton roll with uniform thickness and weight.
Carding process
1, the main task
(1) Carding: Decompose the cotton block into single fiber state to improve the straight and parallel state of fibers.
(2) Impurity removal: remove fine impurities and short lint in the cotton roll.
(3) Mixing: Make the fiber further fully and uniformly mixed.
(4) Sliver: Make cotton sliver that meets the requirements.
2. The name and function of the main machinery:
(1) Licker: The tooth tip strikes and loosens the cotton layer, holds and combs, removes impurities and short lint in the cotton roll, and initially straightens the fiber.
The tip of the tooth takes the fiber away and transfers it to the cylinder.
(2) Cylinder, cover plate
①The fiber that has been loosened by the licker roller is split freely to make it into a single fiber state, which has a uniform mixing effect. ②Remove the remaining fine impurities and short lint in the fiber. ③ Make a better quality fiber layer and transfer it to doffer.
(3) Astoria:
① Strip the fiber from the cylinder and condense it into a better cotton net. ②Through pressing roller and sliver coiling device, uniform sliver is made.
Rolling process
Main task:
1. Merging and drafting: Generally, 21 yarns are used for merging and drafting to improve the straightening and equality of fibers in small rolls.
2. Roll: Make small rolls of specified length and weight, with flat edges and clear layers when unwinding.
